The course consists of two parts, the Practical Phase and the Application Phase.  The practical phase will be conducted Monday-Saturday at Mataguay Scout Ranch.  Attendance is mandatory for the entire week.  During this week, you will live as a member of a patrol, practice skills of leadership, and learn how these skills will apply to your role as an adult leader charged with developing youth through the Scouting program.   The Application Phase will take place after your time on the Hill and will last for 18 months.  During this time you will complete 5 goals or Tickets that you set during the week.  Upon completion of your Tickets, you will be awarded the Wood Badge Neckerchief, Woggle, and Beads.
